King Farouk's Vacheron Constantin

Vacheron Constantin created one of its most sophisticated watches for King Farouk of Egypt, who inherited the love of watchmaking from his father. It took five years to complete this masterpiece, which consists of 14 complex jobs.

Designed with two sets of gears, this magnificent timepiece features speaking bells or the so-called minute repeater and hour and quarter bells with three hammers, a chronograph stopwatch with a 30-minute counter, a perpetual calendar, moon phase indicator, alarm, and power reserve indicator.
