With the launch of the Superman Tourbillon Millésime CMM.31, Yema inaugurates a new era of Millésime Editions yearly releases that showcase the pinnacle of our watchmaking know-how and in-house capabilities.

“Millésime” stands for the very best Yema can produce: a premium, handcrafted, and highly limited timepiece that embodies the legacy of French horology and our ongoing pursuit of excellence.

For 2025, we chose our most iconic model, the Yema Superman, a professional dive watch introduced in 1963, now re-imagined with our Manufacture tourbillon caliber that combines technical innovation, haute horlogerie finishing, and robust tool-watch specifications.

A tourbillon built for the depths

Traditionally, tourbillons are fragile complications destined for dress watches. The CMM.31 caliber, developed by Olivier Mory and manufactured by our team in Morteau, France, breaks this paradigm.

• Based on the proven CMM.30 architecture, the CMM.31 introduces refined bridges, polished bevels, and wheel decorations, elevating both technical and aesthetic appeal.

• A sweep seconds hand mounted directly on the tourbillon cage, coated with Super-LumiNova, provides precise underwater readability and ISO 6425 standards compliance.

• Engineered with enhanced shock resistance up to 5 G’s and a screw-down crown, this Millésime edition is perfectly adapted for a 200m water-resistant professional diver, unlike conventional delicate tourbillons.

This makes the Superman Tourbillon Millésime CMM.31 one of the rarest combinations in watchmaking: a professional tool watch equipped with an in-house French tourbillon built for endurance.
