Lugano – Gagà Laboratorio proudly unveils Luce, a limited edition of 100 pieces within its acclaimed Labormatic collection, born from the fusion of creative design and horological passion. Developed in close collaboration with Revolution, the global authority in watch media, Luce is a project that celebrates the guiding role of light and the publication that has illuminated the watchmaking world for over two decades.

Inspired by Revolution and its founder Wei Koh, Mo Coppoletta, Art Director of Gagà Laboratorio, envisioned Luce as a tribute to the magazine’s cultural significance and its impact on the watchmaking community. The concept of “Luce” (Italian for light) embodies vision, knowledge, and a celebration of horology in a new, luminous form.

For the first time, Gagà Laboratorio has enveloped an entire timepiece in Super-LumiNova, transforming it into an object that glows with both aesthetic and symbolic meaning.

In line with Gaga Laboratorio’s commitment to design, Luce incorporates precious materials, including stone elements on the dial, adding a further layer of uniqueness and refinement.

More than a reinterpretation, Luce is an entirely bespoke creation that expands the identity of the Labormatic line. With stone elements integrated into its dial and refined details throughout, the watch embodies the Maison’s philosophy: design-driven watchmaking, merging innovation, materials research, and a distinctive Italian aesthetic.

Luce is not just a watch, it is a celebration of vision, collaboration, and the brilliance that propels horology into the future.

Price and availability

The Luce edition of the Labormatic collection will be available at CHF 4,300 (VAT excluded) as a limited edition of 100 pieces. The launch will begin exclusively online at www.gagalaboratorio.com, followed by availability through selected retail partners.
