Inspired by the original Type 1 MIL-SPEC issued to U.S. elite forces in the 1970s, the TYPE 1 M1 modernizes this iconic design, pushing the boundaries of the MIL-SPEC aesthetic with a satin stainless steel finish case, champagne dial and the addition of the BENRUS logo - a fresh take on a battle-tested classic.

The TYPE 1 M1 reimagines the uncompromising functionality of the original Type 1 MIL-SPEC while introducing premium upgrades in both materials and movement. The satin stainless steel finish case is refined with polished bevels, delivering a rugged yet elevated profile. With a 41.5 mm diameter and 13.7 mm height, it offers a more contemporary presence and is a perfect balance of size and wearability.

The champagne dial, a departure from the original black no-logo design, enhances the modern appeal of the M1 while staying true to its military heritage. The dial is further enhanced with BW G9 Super-LumiNova markers and hands, ensuring maximum legibility in all lighting conditions. The uni-directional 1 hour rotating bezel, crafted in circular-brushed stainless steel with a ceramic inner ring, ensures dependable performance, whether on land, at sea, or in the air.

This model, unlike the original Type 1 MIL-SPEC, features an open sapphire case back, offering a glimpse into the mechanical beauty inside.
