ArtyA Gears Chrono Collection
As 2024 draws to a close, ArtyA introduces a new series of chronographs in the celebrated ‘Gears’ collection – completely reimagined and made from unexpected, innovative materials.
Cutting-Edge Cases
True to form, ArtyA continues to pioneer in the realm of materials. The design, too, has undergone a complete transformation, with sleeker lugs and a tachymeter added on the bezel.
Stainless Steel
A staple in the world of chronographs, 316L stainless steel remains a key element in this new collection. Ideal for high-performance timekeepers, it’s also the perfect choice for wearability. There is also a black DLC-coated version – for a modern, stealthy look.
Damascus Steel
Renowned for its intriguing, wave-like patterns, Damascus steel was prized for sword-making due to its strength and resistance to corrosion. Today, it embodies the innovative and artistic ethos of ArtyA’s creations, making each piece intrinsically unique.
TiDamas
This alloy, combining Grade 2 and Grade 5 titanium, is celebrated for its lightness, strength and distinctive aesthetics. Its surface displays vibrant, iridescent patterns achieved through a special thermal treatment, where the two types of titanium react differently to heat. In addition to being highly resistant to corrosion and scratching, TiDamas blends elegance and performance – the perfect way to bridge technology and art a luxury watch.
Forged Carbon
Created by compressing carbon fibers at high temperatures, this material is exceptionally robust yet surprisingly light on the wrist. Its textured, matte finish gives off a sophisticated, technical vibe. It introduces a modern, enduring touch – perfect for those who value both performance and avant-garde design. Our forged carbon is crafted in Italy by the same highly specialized workshops that supply some of the most prestigious car brands, including Lamborghini and Ferrari.
Sapphire Crystal
A very special, very difficult to machine material that has become a hallmark of ArtyA, sapphire crystal stands at the very pinnacle of watchmaking materials. Offering sapphire crystal versions across all collections is a matter of pride for the Geneva-based – collectors expect nothing less. Both absolutely impervious to scratches and incredibly lightweight, sapphire crystal truly elevates the most elegant and refined pieces in the lineup.
Vibrant Style: Dials in Radiant Hues
The dial, the focal point of the watch, again showcases the artistry of the Geneva manufacture. Crafted in enamel, these dials come in a range of colors that are as vivid as they are deep – perfectly complementing the variety of cases available. An expertly executed skeletonization further reveals the intricate chronograph movement beneath.
Recognizing that each collector is unique, every color combination of movement, dial, and case will be created only once, ensuring each watch will always remain a truly bespoke masterpiece.
Chronograph Skeleton Movement
Powering this collection are Swiss automatic chronograph movements, with the Valjoux 7750 and Concepto serving as the foundation for ArtyA’s intricate skeletonization. These calibers, known for their precision and refined craftsmanship, are flawlessly integrated into the ‘Gears’ collection. Meanwhile, the ‘Purity’ collection stands out with movements fully designed in-house, underscoring ArtyA’s complete mastery of horological artistry.
Providing a reliable 48-hour power reserve, these movements offer ample autonomy for even the most demanding scenarios requiring precise timekeeping. The striking ArtyA-decorated rotor remains a prominent feature, visible through the back of each case option.
